3 things every thread must know

1. Two "Phase 2" plans exist — see roadmap-checklist.html for VibeCoder-side P2.x, vs fes-cms-architecture-plan.html for Fv CMS-side panel redesign.
2. Vendored rule — files with FV-CMS-VENDORED marker are copies. Edit originals in avidtech6/freshvibe-cms.
3. VibeCoder = factory, Fv CMS = runtime — generated apps are CMS-powered; the editor lives in the generated app, not in VibeCoder.
